Our new safety measures in shops

As a local, we’re keen to play our part in getting Wales back up and running again and serving the communities in which we operate. We continue to follow Government guidelines and will only operate in a way that is safe to do so for both colleagues and customers. Things we’re doing differently:

For customers

– Only one adult per household will be allowed in the shop. Children can join them if needed.

– Watch out for the floor markings to guide you around the shop at a safe distance.

– Please keep a 2 m distance from others.

– We’re asking customers to pay with card or contactless where possible.

– Please wear face masks or coverings when inside the shop.

– Please feel free to use any hand sanitizer available.

For Team Members

– Our staff wear a face covering at all times during their shift.

– We always operate to the highest standards when it comes to handwashing and hygiene but we’ve increased this focus. All surfaces are wiped down every 15 – 20 minutes with anti-bacterial cleaners.

– We have reduced the amount of staff that we have on site and created individual serving stations for our servers. Please be patient as this safety measure has naturally reduced our ability to serve our customers as quickly as we would like to.
